The multimillion pound refurbished IEAT at the Savoy Place hosted the 10th Market Insight Forum this year.  2017 saw yet another great event bringing together over 200 senior insight professionals representing some of the country’s leading brands.  Clients enjoyed a packed programme of presentations and workshops together with the chance to meet 60 market insight agencies offering a full range of services.

DJH_7695.jpgWill Gompertz, a world expert on Modern Art and currently BBC Arts Editor, set the tone for the day with an engaging, light hearted and inspirational Opening Address highlighting that creativity is at the crux of all forms of art.

We saw a range of thought provoking speakers from Behavioural scientists such as Dr Jillian Ney to storytelling experts such as Clare Edwards.  With the support of the MRS we further welcomed Marketing Expert Dr Patrick Barwise and retail guru Edwina Dunn.

Positive feedback suggests that attendees appreciate the breadth of topics and strategic focus of the conference programme.  Clients also remarked on the consultative approach taken by suppliers  “Really appreciated how sales meetings were not hard sell and more discussion, based on adding value to my problems”.
